Triin Vana

Trainer, coach and supervisor in psychosocial field; Recovery oriented and community based and services; Service Design and management; Social services quality assurance and improvement.  CARe trainer since 2005.

Triin Vana (Estonia) acquired an education in nursing (specialized on teaching and leadership), psychosocial rehabilitation (trainers training) and management, supervision and coaching. She has certified as EQUASS (European Quality of Social Services) consultant.

She has 19+ years experience of working as leader in different mental health organizations and teams, the last 10 years she works as director of Tallinn Mental Health Center. The organization is a leading provider of mental health services in Estonia, who has also Quality Assurance Certificate, EQUASS.

Last 15 years she has been trainer on the field of health care, social welfare and public sector. The themes include psychosocial rehabilitation, teamwork, leadership, quality management and social work supervision.

She has supervision and coaching experience since 2004 and offers supervision for individuals and groups mostly in health care, social welfare and non profit sector.

Since 2006 she has been involved as trainer and expert on 3 different EU projects coordinated by Astangu Vocational Rehabilitation Center all aimed at developing rehabilitation service system in Estonia.
