Jan Pfeiffer (Czech Republic) gave a short presentation on the mental health system reforms in Prague, Czech Republic. Within the framework of East-East Program a group of Armenian Professionals has visited the Czech Republic and Estonia in order to collect information on community-based services and to discuss the planned Mental Health Reforms in Armenia.
