Development of psychosocial rehabilitation according to the CARe model

With great pleasure we welcomed Jean Pierre Wilken in person in Prague for the meeting with professionals from organisations Fokus Mladá Boleslav, z.s., VOR Jihlava, z.ú.and Regional Charity Polička team Open Doors Polička, which are involved in the project "Development of psychosocial rehabilitation according to the CARe model".

We mainly shared the experiences and observations from the internship in the Netherlands, informed about the current situation in the organizations and about the development in the implementation or development of the CARe Model in practice.

Conditions for Implementation: The CARe Model

Jean-Pierre Wilken, as co-author of the CARe Model and a President of The CARe Network, made valuable recommendations to promote CARe principles in practice.
